It was still a bit of a cavalryman who wanted to acknowledge him, but it was still a bit of a hiccup to leave him on the battlefield. No matter how grabbing and usable it was, it was a virtue to engineers and infantry. It was not an essential ability for cavalry to have. Their saying was true.
